Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the 'Terms') define the conditions of use for MoveMaster (hereinafter referred to as the 'App') and the rights and obligations between the user and the developer. Users of the App are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the developer concerning the use of the App.

Article 2 (Disclaimer & Safety)

• Accuracy of AI Analysis: The AI skeleton detection, scoring, and tracking functions are inferences based on machine learning. We do not guarantee their complete accuracy or the improvement of dance skills.
• Safety Management: Users must use the App considering their health and surroundings (e.g., ensuring enough space). The developer is not liable for injuries or accidents occurring during use.

Article 3 (Content Rights & Responsibility)

This App is a tool for learning and editing using videos and music stored on the user's device.

• Ownership of Rights: Copyrights and other rights to the video and music content imported into the App (hereinafter 'User Content') belong to the user or the legitimate rights holder.
• Self-Responsibility: The user guarantees that User Content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights. The developer holds no responsibility for disputes arising from User Content.
• Private Use: The App is for personal practice. Publishing or distributing videos/music containing copyrighted works without permission may violate copyright law.
• Exported Video Audio: When publishing exported videos, the user is responsible for the copyright processing of any included music. We recommend exporting without audio or using copyright-free music to prevent disputes.
• Use of Music Files: We recommend that imported music files are legally acquired and not DRM-protected. The developer is not liable for unauthorized use of copyrighted music.

Article 4 (Pro Plan)

The App offers a premium Pro Plan with advanced features.

• Plan Details: The Pro Plan offers full access to AI training, advanced editing, and unlimited AB repeat/slow playback.
• Free Trial: Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. If canceled 24 hours before it ends, no fee is charged.
• Payment: Billed to your platform account upon purchase confirmation.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before expiration.
• Cancellation: Uninstalling does not cancel subscriptions. Please cancel via your platform's settings.
• One-Time Purchase: Lifetime access with a single payment. Rights can be restored when changing devices.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts:

• Reverse engineering or analyzing the App.
• Using the App for illegal purposes.
• Causing nuisance to other users or third parties.
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by the developer.

Article 6 (Changes)

The developer may change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon display in the App.
